Residents of Kigaaya Catholic Parish-Buhimba and the neighboring communities in Kikuube district and Bunyoro at large are set to benefit from a new community health Centre established by Hoima Catholic Diocese.
St. Camillus Health Centre III under Kigaaya Catholic Parish is one of the beneficiaries located in kijugunya village, Ruhunga parish in Buhimba sub-county.
The facility is set to start offering general health services next month in July 2023 to all people of God.
Fr. Josephate Kiiza, the Parish Priest Kigaaya Catholic Parish observes that all is now set for the facility to start and commended the support extended by Christians.
He disclosed this last evening on Sunday 25th, 2023 while addressing Christians at a fundraising drive where over Sh40 million was raised in cash and pledges.
The function was attended by among others; Honorable Florence Natumanya, the Kikuube Woman MP, Steven Aseera the Buhaguzi East Mp, Mr. Peter Banura the Kikuube LCV Chairperson.
